The National CSR Hub’s capacity building programme provides learning support, stakeholder engagement and develops human resource capabilities. Various domains of capacity building include governance, strategic planning, direction and implementation of CSR policies and activities. The National CSR Hub undertakes specific training and education programmes for all cadres of officials; senior leadership training for strategy and programme management and field staff training (ToT) for effective programme delivery. In collaboration with UNICEF, the National CSR Hub provides support to empanelled NGO partners of the Hub. The focus is towards enhancing NGOs’ knowledge and skills and to tap more funds through the CSR domain.

Developing learning resources of high standard on CSR management and make it accessible to all stakeholders for advocating people centric bottom-up approach to CSR programme management.
