The Development Labs — Centre for Public Policy and Governance undertakes specific training and education programmes for all cadres of officials; senior leadership training for strategy and programme management and field staff training (ToT) for effective programme delivery. The Empanelment process has been designed as an evaluative framework to assess the financial and programmatic aspects of Not for Profit organisations in the voluntary sector.
